You will be responsible for designing and developing user-centric and engaging Power BI Dashboards and reports by applying UI/UX principles and data storytelling techniques to certain intuitive and visually compelling data experiences.
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of UI/UX design experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
B. Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science, or Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline with strong Computer Science experience.
Strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, UI/UX, and data storytelling.
Proven ability to create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly dashboards.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture, accessibility, navigation, and user-centric design.
Experience developing data models and advanced Power BI visualizations.
Portfolio showcasing high-quality Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

Our client is a globally recognized leader in structural steel fabrication and construction, delivering complex industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across international markets. We are looking for EstiModeler to be based in Hyderabad. As an EstiModeler you will be responsible for developing fabrication-aligned BIM estimating models using Tekla Structures to support accurate material take-offs, cost estimation, constructability analysis, and risk identification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Tekla estimating models aligned with fabrication standards, connection methods, and shop practices.
• Generate accurate material take-offs including structural members, plates, bolts, welds, and connections.
• Apply cost and production codes to support fabrication labor estimation and project costing.
• Support estimating and detailing activities such as BOM generation, model file conversion, and Tekla PowerFab integration.
• Review and resolve model discrepancies, validate completeness, and document assumptions for incomplete design information.
• Manage Revit-to-Tekla workflows, correcting conversion issues and ensuring model accuracy.
• Align models with BIM Execution Plans and fabrication standards to support seamless transition to detailing and production.
• Identify design gaps, fabrication risks, and support value engineering initiatives.
• Contribute to BIM standardization, estimating libraries, and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in structural steel estimating, modelling, or detailing.
• Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures and strong understanding of steel fabrication and AISC standards.
• Ability to interpret IFC models, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Basic knowledge of Revit.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience transitioning models from estimating to detailing and fabrication.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, CNC workflows, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or heavy steel projects and global project collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review structural steel 3D models and shop drawings using Tekla Structures/Advance Steel
Generate GA, assembly, single-part drawings, and BOM/BOQ
Perform QA/QC checks for dimensions, welds, bolts, materials, and fabrication accuracy
Ensure compliance with AISC, BS, Eurocode, and client standards
Coordinate with engineers, connection designers, and project teams
Manage revisions and resolve detailing/RFI issues
Required Skills:
5–10 years in steel detailing and checking experience for medium to large-scale structural steel projects
Strong experience in Tekla Structures or Advance Steel
Expertise in structural steel fabrication drawings
Knowledge of international steel codes and detailing standards, such as AISC, BS5950, EN 1993, etc
