• Senior SalesForce developer for a globally renowned education consultancy.

• Must be willing to work full-time at the site

• Shift timings will be between 1 and 10 P.M

Our client - a UK based - educational consulting company is seeking applications from Salesforce Integration and Form Specialist to be part of their technical solutions team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for enhancing delivery capacity through form building, workflow automation, and seamless Salesforce integrations. This role involves leading a small team, optimizing data processes, and delivering scalable solutions using declarative/low-code tools.

Skills and Experience required for the role:

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations and form building.

• Proven experience leading or mentoring team members, preferably in data or CRM functions.

• Proficiency in using form-building tools like FormAssembly, Gecko, or similar, integrated with Salesforce.

• Strong working knowledge of Zapier for workflow automation and data flow.

• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader for manual data imports and cleanups.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, data structures, and field mapping.

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data manipulation and preparation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• Good to have familiarity with ETL tools, data integration platforms, or middleware solutions, exposure to Agile project environments and tools like Jira and Confluence, and experience working in or supporting multi-org Salesforce environments.
