Procure-to pay analyst for a leading BPO

Location: Bengaluru Karnataka

Hybrid working option available

Our client, a world-leading Business Process Outsourcing firm, is seeking two skilled Procure-to-Pay Analysts (one Senior and one Mid-Level) to strengthen their team. The successful candidates will be entrusted with overseeing the end-to-end procurement cycle, guaranteeing the accuracy of purchase orders and the seamless processing of invoices.

Location: Bengaluru

Work set-up: Hybrid option available.

Skills and Experience required for the role:

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in purchase order creation, Goods receipt booking, invoice      processing, Vendor statement reconciliation or a related field

• Proven experience managing journal entries, the general ledger, and month-end/year-end close of accouts.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (mention specific ERP used by your company if applicable)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
