Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting visibility for our UK based client. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Work Setup - Onsite, 5 days in office.

Work Location : Bengaluru

Time - 1PM to 10PM - UK Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under UK GAAP/IFRS.

• Manage month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and statutory audits.

• Ensure timely tax and VAT filings (P11d, PSA, CT) and compliance with all financial regulations.

• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readiness.

• Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and working capital management.

• Support US entity filings, payroll processes, and group reporting (Tagetik).

• Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and      efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Accountant (CMA/ACA/CA or equivalent) with 8+ years’ experience in finance or audit.

• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and statutory reporting.

• Proven experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments.

• Proven experience managing month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit processes.

• Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct).

• Experience in tax, treasury, and process improvement initiatives.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills.
