Finance Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Controller with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, for our client, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization that delivers high-quality finance and accounting, customer support, and back-office solutions to global clients. The role requires solid financial knowledge, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in managing financial reporting and end-to-end accounting operations.

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AR (O2C), AP (P2P), and GL (R2R) processes.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing, collections, cash application, vendor payments, invoice processing, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

• Act as the escalation point for operational and client-related finance issues.

• Collaborate with client finance teams, auditors, and tax consultants when required.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and alignment with IFRS.

• Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, audit trails, and address control gaps.

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality while driving process improvements, risk reviews, and      automation initiatives.

Skill and Experience required for the role:

• 7+ years of multi-domain expertise across R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), and O2C      (Order to Cash) processes

• Qualified or semi-qualified accountant preferred

• Relevant experience working in a BPO environment

• Good understanding of operational excellence practices, including SOPs, internal controls, and audits

• Proven experience managing teams of at least 10 to 15 members

• Hands-on experience in transitions, including setting up new processes

• Experience in finance transformation initiatives

• Strong technical skills in MS Office and ERP systems
